Project Co-ordinator

AAT RESTORATION SERVICES are one of South Australia’s Leading providers of cleaning and restoration services and they are looking for a Project Co-ordinator to join their team!

The role:

AAT Restoration Services are looking for a permanent fulltime Project Co-ordinator for an immediate start at our office in Melrose Park, SA. This position will focus on managing and maintaining claim files and providing project support. You will be required to liaise, engage and co-ordinate with clients & insurance companies, internal staff, trades and suppliers in a professional and timely manner with a focus on adhering to the high industry standards.

Role responsibilities:

• Claim File inspections, management, maintenance and reporting.

• Claim lodgement and data entry.

• Communicate with and compile assessment reports and estimates for project estimators and field staff.

• Liaise, engage and co-ordinate with clients & insurance companies, internal staff, trades and suppliers throughout the claim process

• Maintain all relevant project compliance documentation and records.

• Prepare and submit project costing and invoices for approval by management.

• Ensure Client Specific KPI’s are always being met and maintained.

• Attend to all phone and email enquiries.

To be successful in this position you will be: 

-       Able to manage & facilitate multiple claims whilst maintaining a strong attention to detail.

-       Comfortable working with and managing multiple stake holders at the same time, including project managers, field staff, clients and insurers.

-       Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and deliver within deadlines.

-       Strong computer skills and knowledge with a high level of written and verbal communication skills.

-       Excellent work ethic and customer service skills.

-       Comfortable working in a small but fast paced environment.

-       Available to work additional hours as necessary to ensure project deadlines are always met.

Experience in the insurance restoration/repair industry would be desirable, however not essential.
