Graduate Software Enginer (Hybrid, Entry-Level

Role Description The Graduate Software Engineer (Entry-Level) will support the design, development, and maintenance of software solutions that enhance intelligent mobility products and internal systems. Day-to-day tasks include writing and testing code, contributing to back-end web services, debugging and resolving issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product, design, and quality assurance. The role also involves participating in code reviews, documenting technical specifications, and learning best practices in software engineering within an automotive technology environment. This is a part-time, hybrid role based in Sydney, NSW, with a mix of on-site work and some work from home.QualificationsStrong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development principles.Programming skills with experience in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).Understanding of Back-End Web Development, including APIs and server-side logic.Ability to learn new technologies quickly and apply them in a practical environment.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (completed or in final year).Effective communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills in team settings.Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git) and modern development workflows.Interest in automotive technology, intelligent mobility, and innovation is highly regarded.
