Sales Assistant

We specialise in all leading brands, makes and models, including passenger and commercial vehicles.

As a Sales Assistant, you are required to service our customers that visit our site day-to-day in the Self Service area of the business. This includes working with and assisting these customers along their journey through Jollys to give them the greatest experience that they can get. 

This position requires a highly collaborative team member with the capability of working independently and in a team, in order to serve our large customer base to the best of their capabilities. A good knowledge of makes models and parts of cars is vital in this position.

Hours will be flexible, please note they can be up to 38 hours each week with weekend availability essential.

Weekly / Daily Duties 

Serving each customer in a professional and friendly manner.

Providing excellent customer experience to each customer that enters our showroom and yard.

Using your automotive parts knowledge to advise and assist our customers with any query that they may have 

Maintaining a clean and organised workspace and showroom 

Completing a list of daily requirements within the workspace, in order to achieve correct maintenance of product and workplace.
