About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and solutions-focused IT & Innovation Coordinator to support the delivery of technology initiatives and day-to-day IT operations across the business. This newly created role would suit someone who enjoys working across a variety of projects, coordinating with internal teams and external providers, and identifying opportunities to improve the way we work through technology and innovation.

Working closely with key stakeholders across the business, you will play an important role in supporting our systems, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and helping ensure our people have the tools and technology they need to succeed.

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinate day-to-day IT support and troubleshooting activities across our Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sydney offices in partnership with external service providers.

• Assist in the administration and ongoing improvement of business systems, including SharePoint and other collaboration platforms.

• Support the implementation of technology projects and innovation initiatives across the business.

• Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and user experience through technology.

• Maintain IT documentation, asset registers and user access records.

• Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring employees have the appropriate technology and system access.

• Liaise with external vendors to log, monitor and resolve support requests.

• Promote awareness of cybersecurity best practices and support the implementation of security measures.

• Stay informed of emerging technologies and industry trends that could benefit the business.

What You'll Bring

• Previous experience in an IT Coordinator, IT Support, Systems Administrator or similar role.

• A sound understanding of Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate competing demands.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a customer-focused approach.

• The ability to identify problems, think critically and implement practical solutions.

• Experience working with external IT providers or vendors will be highly regarded.

• A genuine interest in technology, innovation and continuous improvement.
