RGM Maintenance / Daimler Trucks – Cairns

RGM Maintenance, part of the Daimler Trucks network, is seeking a motivated Truck Salesperson to join our busy Cairns dealership.

We are a fast-paced, customer-focused dealership representing industry-leading brands including Fuso, Mercedes-Benz, and Freightliner. With five dealerships across Northern Australia, RGM Maintenance offers strong backing, career growth opportunities, and a diverse customer base. Our service and parts operations support everything from defence vehicles to fuel tankers and a wide range of commercial applications.

About the Role

You will be responsible for developing new business, maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving sales of trucks in the Cairns region.

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

• Proven sales ability

• Strong business development and relationship-building skills

• Experience using CRM systems

• High standards of customer service

• Honest, hardworking, motivated, and reliable work ethic

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook

• Strong organisational skills

• Excellent personal presentation

• Clear and confident communication skills

• Current driver’s licence (MR or HR licence highly regarded)
