The Role

As Business Development Manager, you'll be at the front line of our growth strategy, responsible for:

• Identifying, targeting and onboarding new business accounts.

• Building a strong, sustainable pipeline of new business opportunities.

• Generating consistent lead flow to support the wider Drive Approved network.

• Developing long-lasting B2B relationships built on trust and results.

• Representing Drive Approved as a trusted partner in the finance and automotive industry.

What We're Looking For

• Proven business development or B2B sales experience, ideally within finance, automotive or vehicle broking.

• A genuine hunter mentality with a track record of winning new accounts.

• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
