We’re looking for an ER/IR Advisor to join our Human Resources and Industrial Relations team. Reporting to the ER/IR Lead, this role provides practical, solutions-focused advice on employee and industrial relations matters, helping shape a consistent and respectful workplace culture across our national network.

What You’ll Do

• Provide first-line advice and support to managers and employees on performance, conduct, and grievance matters.
• Undertake investigations and reviews to ensure fair, timely, and compliant outcomes.
• Support the interpretation and application of policies, procedures, and enterprise agreement.
• Contribute to submissions and responses to external bodies such as the Fair Work Commission, FWO, and AHRC.
• Maintain accurate and confidential case records, reporting on ER trends and insights.
• Support delivery of training and coaching to build leader capability in managing people matters.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–4 years’ experience in employee or industrial relations, ideally within a multi-site or service-based environment.
• Sound knowledge of employment law, workplace compliance, and case management processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility.
• Discretion, professionalism, and a genuine passion for supporting people through workplace challenges.
