We're currently looking for a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our growing team in Deakin ACT
About The Role
As an Occupational Therapist with Early Start Australia, you will work alongside children and their families to develop the skills, confidence, and independence needed to participate in everyday activities.
You'll provide assessment and intervention services across a varied paediatric caseload while collaborating with a supportive multidisciplinary team of Speech Pathologists, Psychologists, and other Allied Health professionals.
Your Responsibilities
Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy assessment and intervention servicesSupport children with developmental, sensory, behavioural, and functional challengesDevelop individualised therapy plans and goalsBuild strong relationships with children, families, educators, and stakeholdersComplete clinical reports and maintain accurate documentationCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes for clientsParticipate in ongoing professional development and clinical supervision

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Tertiary qualification in Occupational TherapyCurrent AHPRA registration (or eligibility to obtain)A passion for working with children and familiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong time management and organisational abilitiesCurrent Working with Children CheckNDIS Worker Screening CheckNational Police CheckCurrent driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
