About the role
QLM LABEL MAKERS' is seeking a motivated and organised Dispatch Stock Controller to join our team in Berrinba, Queensland. This full-time role on day shift . You will play a key part in the efficient operation of our busy warehouse, ensuring the smooth flow of finished and commerce goods.
What you'll be doing
Coordinate daily dispatch of customer orders
Booking in freight using approved transport providers
Ensure correct packaging and labelling of all shipments
Communicate with all internal stakeholders, providing timely updates & resolving inquiries
Support the wider warehouse team as required
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a warehousing or logistics role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
High level computer literacy & current Forklift license
Ability to work efficiently and accurately, with an eye for detail
Physical fitness for lifting, moving goods and materials
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure
A proactive, team-oriented approach and a commitment to safety
Perks:
Permanent position with comprehensive training
Full-time, 40-hour work week
Working hours: Day Shift - Monday to Friday- 8:30am to 5:00pm
