The Opportunity
Are you an experienced Production Mining Operator looking for a new challenge? We're seeking talented operators to join our tight-knit mining crews across our iron ore and lithium operations in the Goldfields and Pilbara. This is your chance to work with a company that values safety, rewards performance, and genuinely cares about its people. On a 2/1 roster, you'll have consistent home time to recharge and spend quality time with loved ones.

Mining Positions Available: 

• Dump Truck Operator
• Grader Operator
• Dozer Operator
• Loader Operator
• Excavator Operator 
• All Rounder Operator

What is required?

• A proven commitment to safety in every aspect of your work.
• A current Australian C-Class Driver’s Licence.
• Minimum 12 months Production Mining experience.
  
  • 785 Dump Trucks or larger (Electric Dump Truck experience advantageous)
  • 16M, 18M Grader or larger
  • D10 / D11 Dozer
  • 992 Loader or larger
  • Hitachi 3600 Excavator or equivalent (Liebherr experience advantageous)
• A valid National Police Clearance (within the last 12 months), or willingness to obtain one.
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.
• Unrestricted Australian work rights.
