Due to continued growth across our NDIS and aged care services, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team based in Greenvale, VIC.
About the Role
As an Occupational Therapist, you will work closely with clients, families, caregivers, and support networks to assess needs, develop practical solutions, and improve independence and participation in everyday activities.
You will work across a diverse caseload spanning both NDIS and aged care services, supporting children, adults, and older Australians to achieve meaningful outcomes and maximise their independence.
Available as full-time or part-time, with flexible working arrangements to suit the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct functional capacity and occupational therapy assessments
Develop person-centred intervention plans aligned with client goals
Recommend and prescribe assistive technology and home modifications, from low-cost/low-risk items through to more complex solutions
Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions
Prepare high-quality reports and supporting documentation
Collaborate with families, support coordinators, healthcare professionals, and community partners
Support clients to build independence, confidence, and participation in their daily lives
Maintain accurate clinical records and meet compliance requirements
About You
Essential
Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
Demonstrated experience working with NDIS participants, including assessment, intervention planning, goal setting, and report writing
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently while effectively managing a community-based caseload
A person-centred, strengths-based, and outcomes-focused approach to service delivery
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Valid Australian Driver's Licence
Desirable
Experience across both paediatric and adult caseloads
Experience conducting Functional Capacity Assessments and preparing supporting reports
Knowledge of Assistive Technology and Home Modification recommendations
Experience in aged care service delivery
Ability to speak Arabic or Assyrian, to better support clients from these communities within our client base
