Make a Meaningful Difference in Older Adult Mental Health
Join a compassionate multidisciplinary team delivering person-centred community mental health care to older adults while developing your clinical expertise in a supportive, evidence-based environment.
Provide comprehensive community-based mental health assessment, intervention and case management for older adults, working collaboratively within an experienced multidisciplinary team. You'll deliver high-quality, recovery-focused care, support patients and their families through every stage of their journey, contribute to service improvement and research initiatives, and help educate the next generation of health professionals while continuing to grow your own clinical skills.
About you:You are a compassionate and motivated allied health professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality, recovery-focused mental health care to older adults while thriving in a collaborative multidisciplinary team. You will be able to:
