We will mentor you closely to ensure you grow, learn and become a perfect fit for our clinic. Here are the benefits of working with us:

• New graduate program available for new graduates that feel they would like some extra support with 1:1 mentoring + shadowing with senior physiotherapist. Senior physiotherapist will talk through patient problems, discuss complex case presentations and ensure you are guided at your own pace into the physiotherapy workforce.

• 1 hour sessions weekly with senior physiotherapist to discuss patient caseload/any queries.

• Fortnightly in-service presentations delivered by our physiotherapists to discuss complex cases.

• $1000 allowance for PD. We want to invest in your learning,

• There is a “knock on door” policy with any senior physiotherapist for new graduates that require extra assistance.

• Non-KPI based clinic with a focus on providing quality care for patients and reaching their goals.

• Opportunity to start as an AHA to ease into things.
