Role and responsibilities:

We're looking for a like-minded Property Manager who shares our values and is passionate about delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants alike.

• Manage your own portfolio of residential properties
• Provide outstanding support and service to landlords and tenants
• Represent both parties professionally at all times, ensuring client satisfaction
• Uphold our high standards in everything you do
• Handle Tenancy Tribunal matters using mediation skills

Qualifications and experience required:

• Valid Real Estate Licence, or Certificate of Registration (working towards your Licence)
• A current driver's licence and reliable car
• Experience with a computerised trust accounting package
• Strong administration and organisational skills with high attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage a property portfolio independently
• A minimum of 1-2 years of property management experience
• Mediation skills with experience handling Tenancy Tribunal matters
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Commitment to building long-term, trusting client relationships
