About the Role

The Holiday Collective is looking for an experienced, hands on Digital Marketing and e-commerce person to support our team during a busy seasonal launch period across our 4 ecommerce stores.

This is an execution focused role, working alongside our existing marketing and graphic design team. You'll need to jump straight into Klaviyo and Shopify, work from existing brand assets and calendars, and help keep everything moving.

What you’ll be doing:

Creative & Content Development

• Building, scheduling and sending EDMs through Klaviyo

• Updating Shopify website pages, collections, banners and general merchandising

• Assisting with new collection and product launches across our e-commerce sites

• Uploading and updating website content and promotional messaging

• Supporting general day to day digital marketing tasks as needed

• Working alongside our in house graphic designers

Essential Experience

• Hands on experience working in Klaviyo (building, scheduling and sending EDMs)

• Hands on experience working in Shopify (managing pages, collections, banners and merchandising)

• Previous e-commerce/digital marketing experience, ideally in fashion, retail or lifestyle

• Please note: candidates without direct Klaviyo and Shopify experience won't be considered for this role

• The ability to work independently and get things done without much hand holding

• A friendly, collaborative attitude and genuine enjoyment of working as part of a team

• Comfort working in a fast-paced fashion environment, where priorities can shift quickly

• Great attention to detail and confidence juggling multiple brands and tasks at once

• Availability to start ASAP - fixed same week working days can be established.
