Workshop Quality & Compliance Officer (Volkswagen and Cupra)

Volkswagen Dealership – Artarmon, NSW

We are looking for an experienced, technically minded Automotive Quality Controller to join our high-volume Service Department.

This is a key role ensuring workshop repairs, documentation and warranty claims meet Volkswagen factory standards before the vehicle leaves the workshop.

• Quality checking completed servicing and repairs

• Auditing repair orders for accuracy and compliance

• Ensuring DISS reports and Guided Fault Finding are completed correctly

• Verifying manufacturer repair procedures have been followed

• Checking supporting documentation, photos and diagnostic records

• Identifying incomplete or non-compliant work before vehicle handover

• Helping protect the dealership from repeat repairs and warranty rejections

• Qualified automotive technician or strong technical dealership background

• Good understanding of manufacturer repair procedures

• Excellent attention to detail

• Confidence to challenge work that doesn't meet the required standard

• Strong communication and organisational skills

Volkswagen experience would be highly regarded, but is not essential for the right candidate.

This is an important role in a busy, high-performing dealership where quality, compliance and getting the job right the first time matter.
