Are you an experienced administration professional ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a motivated and people-focused Office Manager to join our Armidale clinic in a full-time, Monday to Friday role, working within our core hours of 8am–5pm.

About the Role

As Office Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our clinic. You’ll lead and support our administrative team while working closely with clinical staff to deliver an exceptional experience for our patients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic and supporting an efficient workflow
• Leading, mentoring and developing our administrative team
• Working collaboratively with clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience
• Managing office supplies, budgets and administrative records
• Maintaining and improving office policies and procedures
• Creating a positive, supportive and high-performing team environment

• Previous experience in administration, ideally within a healthcare or similarly fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
