We are representing a thriving recruitment firm that is expanding its presence in Brisbane and looking for a driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to focus on the fast-growing Technology sector. With an established reputation and continued demand in the tech space, this firm offers a great platform for an experienced recruiter to build success.

About the Role: You'll specialise in recruiting tech talent within software development, inheriting an active client portfolio with room to develop new business. The role gives you the autonomy to manage your desk without strict KPIs, letting you focus on building relationships and driving results. Whether it's nurturing existing clients or bringing in new ones, you will be able to make an immediate impact.

Who You Are: You're an experienced recruiter with proven success in agency recruitment, particularly in the Technology sector. You excel in managing full 360° recruitment processes and are driven by achieving tangible results. With a passion for relationship building, you're ready to take on the challenge of managing a busy desk in a thriving market.

Key Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years in agency recruitment, ideally within Technology
• Strong 360° recruitment experience with proven billings (A$400k+ annually)
• A natural ability to build relationships and grow business
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive in business development
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude
• Sponsorship available for candidates with a 2+ year degree or 5+ years of recruitment experience
