We are seeking passionate Community Support Assistants to join our community care team on a casual basis for Gordon Park location.

This role supports aged care clients aged 65 years and above within their own homes, delivering services with a strong person-centred care approach.

You will play a meaningful role in enabling clients to remain engaged in their community while maintaining independence and wellbeing.

Availability Requirements

Candidates must be flexible and available to work a minimum of three to four shifts per week across a variety of weekday shifts. Weekend-only availability is not suitable for this role.

Requirements

Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or Community Care (essential)Previous experience supporting older people in a community settingStrong time management and ability to work autonomouslyGood verbal and written communication skillsAvailability to commit to approximately 20 hours per weekCurrent First Aid & CPR CertificateCurrent Queensland Open Driver’s LicenceReliable vehicle with comprehensive insuranceSmart phoneNational Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
