We are looking for a experienced Regional Branch Manager to join our team in Tomago, Newcastle NSW.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: 

• Manages the day-to-day operations for our 3 branches Tomago, Muswellbrook and Tamworth
• Full accountability for creating and maintaining Right Work Environment, 
• Leading sustained growth through the provision of world-class sales and support for an enviable on-highway, off-highway, power generation, mining and marine customer base whilst ensuring best in class operational efficiency
• Building and promoting a team environment that works collaboratively.
• Responsible for all functions and financial metrics for the group of branches.
• Identify improvements and encourage an innovative culture.
• Ensures business growth by managing annual marketing and sales plan; develops and maintains business relationships with customers and develops new business partners and alliances for the business segment and geographical locations
• Manages compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards and compliance; oversees health, safety, and environmental audits.
• Drive growth in your area by having strong relationships with existing and potential customers
• Ensure customer expectations are met and managed accordingly

To be successful in this role you will need the following: 

• Previous experience / knowledge within diesel and alternative fuel engines and generators industry is ideal 
• A proven strong team leader with a business development mindset that can lead a diverse team to safely meet business objectives.
• Committed to providing exceptional customer service to customers across a diverse region and customer base.

Experience:

Significant relevant experience required, including managerial and budgetary experience.

Qualifications for Internal Candidates:

This is a key leadership role responsible for Newcastle, Muswellbrook and Tamworth branches reporting to Central Region Area Director. 

This region supports strategic global coal mining customers and OEM's in a highly competitive environment. This region accounts for over $100m in parts and service revenue annually.

The role will have oversight of large On Highway Truck Shop and HHP rebuild shop in Newcastle, 24/7 Field service operation in Muswellbrook and On Highway Truck Shop and large field service team in Tamworth.

The Regional Branch Manager will be required to manage complexity across multiple markets, identify and implement strategic initiatives that improve efficiency, productivity, profitability and customer and employee experience with eight direct reports.

Current knowledge of Mining, On Highway and Power Gen markets will be highly regarded and previous experience successfully leading large teams essential.
