About the rolePlatform Advisory Partners is experiencing rapid growth and looking to add an Analyst / Senior Analyst to take a hands-on role across all client and transactional interactions. Your main responsibilities will include:Review our clients’ growth plans, strategy and transaction requirementsConduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative financial, valuation, product and industry analysisDevelopment of key transaction documents (e.g. information memorandum, investor presentations and financial models)Undertake market research to identify potential investors and acquirersBuild relationships with senior executives, venture capital funds, high net worth individuals and family offices to assess their interest in pursuing opportunitiesPrepare reports for the evaluation of transaction termsActively engage in the management of the due diligence processesLiaise with the legal, accounting and/or tax advisors of our clients Ideal backgroundA successful applicant will:Have experience in management consultancy, strategic consultancy, M&A, equity capital markets, or transactional services.Excel under pressure and have the ability to adhere to strict timeframes while working collaborativelyHave a strong interest in technology, business model generation, strategic execution and commercial transactions.Have strong financial modelling skillsAbility to digest information and distil key points succinctlyHold an excellent academic recordMost importantly be a team player with clear alignment to our values
