Facilities Manager

Our Property and Asset Management Division seeks the services of an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated Facilities Manager to oversee the building operations and maintenance of various commercial, retail and industrial properties within the CBD and greater Adelaide suburbs.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the presentation and maintenance of various properties ensuring physical operation is maintained.

• Supervision of service and maintenance contractors to ensure highest efficiency of plant operation.

• Monitoring of all maintenance works including attendance to tenant service requests.

• Ensuring WHS and compliance obligations are met for all sites and services including fire, lifts, mechanical and electrical.

• Reviewing existing services and maintenance arrangements and re-tender if required.

• Assisting with the development of capital works programmes and undertaking special projects as required.

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in a similar role – minimum three years.

• A trade qualification, preferably in electrical or mechanical services, will be advantageous. 

• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.

• A proactive, problem-solving approach with attention to detail.

• Availability to coordinate after-hours callouts when required.
