About the Role

As the first point of contact, you will greet patients as they arrive and manage reception duties, appointment bookings, and patient administration. You will support smooth clinic operations while creating a professional, welcoming experience for every patient. Comprehensive paid training is provided to ensure you feel confident, capable and well supported in the role. 

This is a part-time position working Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy healthcare environment while maintaining work-life balance. To ensure continuity of patient care, you may also be required to work across our other clinic locations from time to time.

About You

• Available to work Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.
• Flexibility to travel to other clinic locations at times to provide shift coverage.
• Friendly, professional and genuinely passionate about patient care.
• Experienced in reception or customer service, ideally in a medical or healthcare setting.
• Strong communicator who can multitask, stay organised and handle a busy environment with ease.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and adaptable to changing priorities.
• A team player who supports both patients and colleagues.
• Confident with computers and administrative systems; knowledge of medical imaging technology is a bonus.
• Committed to maintaining confidentiality and discretion with sensitive patient information.
• Resilient and composed under pressure, providing exceptional service in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
