Customer Service & Sales - No Experience Needed

All In Marketing Group is expanding our Sydney team, and we want people who know how to read a room, hold a conversation with anyone, and stay switched-on during a fast-paced shift. What You’ll Do:

• Represent national brands in a face-to-face setting
• Use your customer skills to build relationships with the customer base 
• Create engaging conversations and acquire customers
• Work towards sales targets and KPIs 
• Build confidence, communication and leadership skills

About You:

You don't need sales experience; you need people experience. If you've worked retail, hospitality, or a call centre, you already have the foundation. We're looking for people who are:

• A positive attitude and great work ethic
• Motivation to achieve goals and exceed KPI targets
• A willingness to learn and continuously improve
• Great communication and people skills
• Someone who enjoys working in a fun, high-performance team environment
• Must be 18 years or older (client requirement)
• Available to work a minimum of 35 hours per week
