We provide high-quality mobile allied health services directly in our clients' homes, supporting older Australians receiving funding through the Support at Home Program, Home Care Packages, and private services.

Community Physiotherapist

You will provide in-home physiotherapy services to older adults including:

• Comprehensive assessments

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy care to clients with treatment plans tailored to individual needs

• Develop tailored exercise programs aimed at improving muscle strength, mobility, and balance

• Pain management strategies

• Equipment and mobility aid recommendations

• Collaboration with care teams and family members

• Clinical documentation and reporting

Essential Requirements

• Current AHPRA registration

• Current National Police Check

• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle

• Professional indemnity insurance

• Experience in aged care, community health, rehabilitation, or disability services highly regarded
