At Hollard, we are undertaking a massive technology transformation program, so there’s lots of opportunity to make your mark as part of this dynamic and high-performing team.
Your Role
As the Cyber Program Delivery Lead for the Cybersecurity Program, you will own and drive the delivery of the various streams within the Program. This is the part of our multi-year cyber uplift. Your duties and responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery of the project stream, driving progress against plan and holding delivery teams and yourself accountable for delivering committed outcomes and milestones
Actively push to remove blockers and maintain momentum, escalating decisively where needed, chasing down dependencies, and creating a culture of accountability and follow-through across contributing teams
Facilitate work breakdown workshops with security and technology subject matter experts to define scope, activities, effort estimates and sequencing for each initiative
Develop, maintain and manage realistic delivery schedules, milestones and dependencies across the workstream, adjusting plans as circumstances change while protecting committed outcomes
Monitor and report on delivery progress, financials, effort and forecasts against plan, providing clear and honest status reporting to the CISO and the project steering committee
Ensure delivery aligns with the program’s objective of returning Hollard to within cyber risk appetite, keeping outcomes and risk reduction, not just activity, front of mind
About You
Demonstrated experience leading delivery of technology or cyber security programs or workstreams, with a proven track record of driving initiatives to completion in complex environments
Strong core delivery and project management skills, including work breakdown, scheduling, milestone management, financial monitoring, progress reporting and risk and issue management
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to motivate and hold accountable people who do not directly report to you, across both technical and business teams
Good understanding of cyber security and technology operations to grasp what is being delivered, prioritise issues sensibly, help unblock problems, and identify the right people to solve them (this is not a hands-on technical role)
Experience in general insurance, banking, superannuation, or another regulated financial services environment is preferred
