We're currently looking for a Quote Coordinator and a Repair Coordinator to join our friendly Rose Park team. Whether you're experienced in insurance or you've built your career in administration, customer service, scheduling or coordination, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

About the role.

Every day is different. Working closely with our Building Estimators or Supervisors, you'll manage your own portfolio of residential insurance claims, supporting homeowners through what can often be a stressful experience.

Depending on your role, you'll either coordinate the quoting process before repairs begin or manage the repair journey through to completion. Either way, you'll be the key point of contact for homeowners, insurers and trades, making sure every claim progresses smoothly.

You'll enjoy plenty of variety, take ownership of your workload and be backed by a collaborative team that's always willing to help.

About you.

You don't need previous insurance experience. If you've worked in customer service, administration, scheduling, project coordination or another fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

 You'll be someone who:

What you'll be doing.

As a Quote Coordinator or Repair Coordinator, you'll:

• Manage your own portfolio of residential insurance claims.

• Coordinate homeowners, insurers, trades and internal teams.

• Keep customers informed throughout every stage of their claim.

• Use phone, email and online systems to keep claims progressing.

• Work alongside our Building Estimators or Supervisors to deliver great outcomes for customers

• Meet service timeframes while delivering exceptional customer service.
