Glengarry Private Hospital, located in Duncraig, 15km north of Perth’s CBD, has been a leading provider of specialist healthcare to the communities in Perth’s northern suburbs since 1977.

We offer a range of services including endoscopy, palliative care, surgical, rehabilitation and medical services.

We are seeking passionate and experienced Registered Nurses to join our friendly Care Awaiting Placement ward. You will be employed on a permanent, part-time basis.

The CAP WARD will provide short term care to optimise the functioning and independence of the older person who requires more time and support to make decisions on their long-term care options. 

You will work as a valued member of our team and will play a key role in supporting patients while working alongside a collaborative and supportive multidisciplinary team. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses who are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care.

The successful candidate’s will be available to work a rotating roster of morning and afternoons including weekends.

About You

If you are a passionate and confident nurse with a positive team centred attitude, we would love for you to apply!

You will also need to bring the following skills and experience:

• Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in an acute hospital setting
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Ability to thrive in a busy acute care environment
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts including mornings, afternoons and nights across a 7 day roster

Remuneration

On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from $41.85 - $54.68 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (WA RN/Midwife Level 1 gr1-gr8)
