LuxeWash Redbank Plains is looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and motivated person to join our team.

• Willing to learn all aspects of the car wash operation

• Reliable personal transport

• Availability across weekdays and weekends is highly regarded

 Key Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service

• Maintaining a clean, safe and well-presented site

• Learning the basic operation of car wash machinery and equipment

• Learning to identify basic equipment faults or abnormalities

• Carrying out basic maintenance tasks as trained and directed

• Monitoring equipment and promptly reporting faults or maintenance requirements

• Completing routine and scheduled site duties

• Receiving, unpacking and putting away deliveries

• Safely lifting and handling items weighing up to approximately 25 kg on occasion

Communication & Reporting

• Clear communication with management is an important part of the role.

• Staff are required to complete an end-of-shift report/check-in with the Manager, including any equipment faults, maintenance requirements, incidents, customer issues or outstanding tasks,

• Issues requiring immediate attention must be reported promptly.

Experience

• Previous car wash or mechanical experience is not essential — training will be provided.

• What matters most is reliability, attitude, initiative, flexibility and willingness to learn.
