Visual Designer – Sydney CBD | Full-time Fixed-Term

About the Role

SSP Australia is seeking a talented and creative Visual Designer to join our Commercial Marketing team on a 6-month fixed-term basis. This role will play an important part in bringing SSP’s brands, campaigns and customer experiences to life through engaging and high-quality visual content.

Working closely with the Commercial Marketing team and wider business, you will develop creative concepts and visual assets across a range of channels, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines while delivering work that is engaging, commercially focused and aligned with our customer experience.

This is an exciting opportunity for a designer who enjoys working across a diverse portfolio of hospitality brands in a fast-paced travel environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging designs across brochures, posters, advertisements, banners, digital graphics, social media and promotional materials

• Collaborate with Managers and stakeholders to develop creative concepts and design solutions

• Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all design deliverables

• Support print production, including file preparation, proofing and vendor coordination

• Maintain organised design files and assets, following file-naming and version-control processes

• Stay up to date with design trends, technologies and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team

About You

• Demonstrated experience in a Visual Design, Graphic Design or similar creative role

• Portfolio required – please include your portfolio with your application

• Strong attention to detail, including typography, layout, brand guidelines and technical specifications

• Ability to adapt design styles and brand guidelines for different target markets

• Strong collaboration and communication skills when working with internal stakeholders

• Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

• Positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively across the Graphic Design and wider teams
