Casual Certificate III Early Childhood Educator

Are you passionate about supporting young children’s learning and development?

Midvale Early Childhood and Parenting Centre is seeking Certificate III qualified Early Childhood Educators to join our team on a casual basis.

About the Role:

As a Certificate III Educator, you will work under the guidance of qualified educators to implement engaging programs for children aged birth to four years. You’ll help create a safe, caring, and stimulating environment that supports children’s growth and fosters strong partnerships with families.

Key Responsibilities:

• assist in implementing group and individual education programs

• support daily routines and complete educational and domestic tasks

• positively guide children’s behavior and model appropriate interactions

• supervise children at all times with a focus on safety and wellbeing

• maintain confidentiality and communicate openly with families

• participate in staff meetings, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

• strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, and commitment to child safety

• skills in child supervision and developing observation techniques

• knowledge of child development and early years curriculum

• ability to follow direction and work collaboratively.

An hourly rate of $45.18 will be offered dependent on skills, ability and experience as well as a range of benefits including: 

• flexible casual shifts between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday
