The roleJoin our high-performing General Insurance practice in Melbourne. You will:
Work across public and product liability matters, including personal injury and property damage claimsManage complex disputes for major insurers and government bodies under the guidance of Principal LawyersTake carriage of your matters and contribute directly to their outcomesDevelop your advocacy, strategic advice and practice management skills through structured, one-on-one mentoring
You will deal with clients directly. You will see matters through from instruction to resolution. Your contribution will be visible.
What you bring3 to 6 years post admission experience in insurance litigation, ideally with a general liability backgroundA genuine interest in public liability workStrong legal research, drafting and analytical skillsSpeed with precision and a high level of attention to detailInitiative and autonomy, balanced with a collaborative approachA strong work ethic and a commitment to developing your practice
