About the Role

As Supply Planning Manager, you will lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process and be responsible for forecasting, inventory optimisation and planning execution across the business. You will work closely with logistics, commercial and operational stakeholders to ensure service levels are maintained while supporting business growth. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the S&OP process, integrating demand forecasting, supply planning and inventory management. 
• Develop and implement supply chain planning strategies aligned to business objectives. 
• Analyse demand patterns and optimise stock levels to improve availability and reduce working capital. 
• Establish KPIs and monitor supply planning performance to drive continuous improvement. 
• Develop cost-to-serve methodologies and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies. 
• Collaborate with logistics and transportation teams to support efficient distribution. 
• Lead, coach and develop a team of planners and foster a high-performance culture. 
• Partner with key stakeholders to support business growth and improve service outcomes. 

About You

You are a commercially minded supply chain professional with strong analytical capability and proven leadership experience. You enjoy solving complex problems with a solutions focussed mindset, influencing stakeholders and implementing practical solutions that deliver results.

You Will Bring

5+ years’ experience in retail, FMCG, transport or logistics supply chain planning, demand planning, inventory management or a related discipline.

Experience leading and developing planning teams.

Strong understanding of S&OP processes, forecasting and inventory optimisation.

Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.

Experience with ERP systems and supply chain technologies.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong project management capability and a continuous improvement mindset.

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related discipline.
