Retail Concession Manager - Morley

We are expanding our presence across Myer nationally, and as part of this exciting growth we are looking for a Concession Manager to lead our Myer Morley men's and Women's pad. About The Role

Drive an exceptional customer experience and achieve sales and KPI targets.Empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration.Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators.Drive operational excellence, manage rosters, and prepare back-of-house administration.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in a similar role, supervising a small team.Strong people leadership, with proven ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer serviceAn eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPI’s and in line with budgets.
