Account Manager

We are looking for a motivated career driven individual who wants an opportunity to become the next top Account Manager with an International market leader.

About the role

The role consists of two key components:

You will lead warehouse operations while supporting and developing your team. The role also involves stepping into daily tasks such as customer service, counter sales and warehouse operations.

Reporting to the State Manager, you will also manage and grow your sales zone across our full product range — maintaining existing client relationships, expanding accounts, generating new business, and delivering consistently professional service.

• Manage and develop existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention and growth

• On road and office-based wholesale product sales

• B2B sales to an existing and new client base

• Manage customer service and internal sales to ensure all enquiries, orders and account requests are handled promptly and professionally

• Ensure stock from local suppliers or branch transfers are received and processed correctly

• Maintain strong stock control including regular stocktakes

To be successful, you will have:

• Current Forklift and Diver Licence (Essential)

• Interest or experience in B2B sales

• Demonstrated track record of achieving targets and KPI's

• Proven experience in a warehouse management role

• Ability to work autonomously and unsupervised

• High level of customer service experience

• Team focused with a "can-do" attitude
