Business Analyst

Experience required:

• Experience in a business/system analyst role (Mandatory)
  
• Experience working in an Agile delivery model (Mandatory)
  
• Must have experience delivering solutions in critical digital channels that create great customer outcomes and experiences (Mandatory)
  
• Experience building and maintaining strong relationships between Product Owners, User experience, and technical team members (Desired)
  
• Track record of working in a fast-paced collaborative cross-functional environment (preferred)
  

Role Specification:

The role of the Technical BA in the Bank Identity Space (KYC - Know Your Customer, Forgerock, and other Identity Platforms) exists to deliver outstanding business results by developing functional and appealing interactions to drive great user experiences of customer-centric solutions.

·         The Senior BA role is responsible for assisting with the building of technical solutions based on industry best practices and principles.

·         Assisting in the creation and delivery of solutions that add value to our customers.

·         Working collaboratively with stakeholders to implement and optimize user experiences using digital technologies.

·         Providing systems analysis, design, development, maintenance, and ongoing support for KYC applications.

Executing a roadmap for best practices and continuous improvement in the field of Analysis across Bank Technology. This will include capability, culture, tools, and ways of working as a job family.

-              Ability to analyse customer requirements and provide appropriate alternatives and solutions to meet those requirements.

-              Knowledge of project management practices.

-              Knowledge of Business Process Modelling and associated tools.

-              Understanding of Agile development practices
