As part of JVC Group, Australia’s largest Anytime Fitness operator, we are continuing to grow and are looking for an exceptional Club Manager to lead our Redbank Plains Club. About the RoleAs Club Manager, you’ll be leading the day-to-day club operations while creating a high-energy, member-focused environment. You’ll drive club performance through leadership, sales, retention and operational excellence.
Your Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach and inspire a high-performing team in your clubDrive membership sales and retention outcomesDeliver exceptional member service and engagementBuild strong local community and business relationshipsManage club presentation and operational standardsMonitor KPIs and club performance metricsCreate a positive, energetic and accountable team cultureEnsure a safe, compliant and welcoming club environment
Who You AreYou’re someone who naturally motivates others and leads from the front. You bring energy, accountability and a passion for helping both members and teams succeed.
You’ll BringLeadership or management experience (fitness, hospitality, retail or customer-focused industries highly regarded)Strong communication and people skillsSales confidence and commercial awarenessAbility to coach and develop othersA positive, solutions-focused mindsetPassion for health, fitness and member outcomesStrong organization and operational capabilityConfident with social media, content creation and appearing on cameraExperience in fitness is welcomed — but leadership, attitude and culture fit matter mostAvailability to work some Saturdays is a must.
