We are a rapidly growing integrative healthcare business, combining a busy multi-practitioner naturopathic clinic with a thriving Australia-wide online dispensary. Every week we support hundreds of patients through personalised naturopathic care while supplying practitioner-only supplements to customers across the country.

We're looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Clinic & Dispensary Assistant to join our team.

This is much more than a dispensary role.

You'll become an integral part of our business, working across our clinic, dispensary and eCommerce operations. From welcoming patients into the clinic to preparing practitioner prescriptions, packing online orders and supporting our naturopaths, you'll play an important role in ensuring every patient receives an exceptional experience.

This is an incredible opportunity for a passionate naturopathy student or qualified naturopath looking to gain invaluable hands-on experience inside one of Australia's leading integrative healthcare clinics.

About the Role

As our Clinic & Dispensary Assistant, no two days are the same.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming patients into the clinic and creating a warm, professional first impression.

• Answering phone calls, responding to emails and assisting with patient enquiries.

• Booking consultations and supporting the daily management of practitioner diaries.

• Preparing practitioner prescriptions with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.

• Dispensing practitioner-only supplements for both clinic and telehealth patients.

• Picking, packing and dispatching orders from our Australia-wide online dispensary.

• Supporting the day-to-day operations of our growing Shopify store and online fulfilment.

• Receiving supplier deliveries and maintaining accurate inventory.

• Assisting with stock management and dispensary organisation.

• Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient clinic and dispensary environment.

• Supporting our naturopaths and wider team to ensure exceptional patient care.

• Providing outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone.

• Helping improve systems and contributing to the ongoing growth of the business.

About You

We're looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about naturopathy and wants to build a long-term career in natural healthcare.

Essential Requirements

To be considered, you must:

• Be a 3rd or 4th year Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) student, or a qualified naturopath.

• Have a genuine passion for evidence-based natural medicine.

• Be available to work weekdays.

• Have excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Have strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.

Previous dispensary or customer service experience will be highly regarded but is not essential.
