Warehouse Assistant – Pick & Pack (Full-Time)

The Self Styler is looking for a reliable full-time warehouse assistant to join our growing team.

This role is hands-on and repetitive by nature. You’ll be picking, packing, and preparing orders all day, every day. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys routine, physical work, and staying focused.

The Self Styler is an online women’s fashion brand with a loyal local and global community. We’re a family-owned business based in beautiful Burleigh Heads, offering a welcoming and supportive workplace.

This is a full-time role based in our Burleigh Heads Warehouse. Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm.

What you’ll be doing:

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Preparing parcels for dispatch

• Keeping the warehouse organised and clean

• Following processes to ensure orders go out correctly and on time

• Receive stock and assist with stocktaking and inventory control

• Complete product info sheets and take garment measurements

• Step in to support our Customer Service team when needed. Help with emails, returns, or order queries

• Assist in processing customer returns promptly and accurately when needed

• Help maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse

• Assist with general office duties and support other team members where needed

This role is for you if:

• You’re happy doing pick & pack work as your main task, every day

• You have great attention to detail and enjoy staying organised

• You enjoy structured, repetitive work

• You have moderate computer skills (Shopify and Starshipit experience is a bonus but not essential)

• You’re physically fit and comfortable being on your feet most of the day

• You are reliable, punctual, and have your own transport
