Production Operators - Full Time

Laucke Flour Mills is one of Australia’s leading flour milling businesses, known for our commitment to quality, innovation and strong customer relationships. We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Production Operators to join our team at our Strathalbyn site.

As a Production Operator, you will be trained and working across a range of duties involved in packing high‑quality flour and grain products.

You will play a key role in maintaining efficient packing operations, supporting team performance, and ensuring product quality meets customer expectations.

• Operating and monitoring packing equipment

• Packing and preparing finished product for dispatch

• Forklift operation, including loading and unloading trucks

• Checking product quality and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards

• Working as part of a supportive production team

We are looking for candidates who are reliable and eager to learn. Must be willing to work in a shift-based production environment, including afternoon and/or night shifts.

You will ideally bring:

• Experience in manufacturing, food processing or similar environment (preferred)

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Are reliable, punctual, and safety‑focused

• Are comfortable with physical work

• A current forklift license

• Ability to work independently when required

• Experience in flour milling, food manufacturing or similar process industries

• Previous experience working in a shift-based production environment
