Road and Civil Surveys is delivering surveying services to regional projects, supporting critical energy infrastructure across regional NSW.

We’re seeking experienced Surveyors based in Sydney who are open to DIDO arrangements with roster options available. This role suits professionals who wants strong site exposure, and long-term project continuity — without relocating permanently.

These are high-profile, technical projects.

Roster & Conditions

• DIDO from Sydney & Surrounds

• Hourly rates + paid overtime

What You’ll Be Doing

• Engineering and construction surveying on major infrastructure works

• Supporting site teams with set-out, as-builts, verification and QA

• Working within established survey and data management systems

• Delivering accurate, reliable outputs in a high-accountability environment

What You’ll Need

• White Card and valid Driver’s Licence

• Diploma or Degree in Surveying / Spatial Science

• 2+ years’ experience on engineering or infrastructure projects

• Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills

• Proficiency with Leica or Trimble instruments and 12d / 12d Field

• References that demonstrate technical competence and professionalism

Desirable (Not Essential)

• RPL or UAV experience

• LiDAR, scanning, or BIM exposure

• Familiarity with Cyclone 3DR, Autodesk Revit, or rail / linear infrastructure environments
