Working with a fantastic senior leadership team, this opportunity is unlike any other!
You’ll be:
Monitoring and assessing policy, legislative and regulatory developments that impact Crown's strategy, operations and reputation
Providing advice that enhances community trust, government relations, industry partnerships, and overall business objectives
Supporting stakeholder engagement across government and industry
Preparing submissions, briefings and key messaging on public policy and legislative matters
Conducting research and analysis on emerging policy issues and their implications for Crown
Managing Government & Public Affairs projects and initiatives
Coordinating and contributing to Executive, Board and Committee reporting
Representing Crown at internal and external events
You’ll bring:
3+ years in a similar role, with relevant experience in government, public policy or law
Demonstrated ability to synthesise complex concepts and data into clear, concise and actionable communications
Capability in reviewing and assessing legislation, regulations, codes, policy, budgets, and similar complex government instruments
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
Strong ability to manage time and deliver outcomes, without compromising on quality or detail
Curiosity about public policy, government and the factors shaping Australia's regulatory landscape
On offer to you:
Opportunity to be part of a high performing team within an iconic Australian hospitality brand
Complimentary meals at our on-site staff restaurant + discounts at various F&B venues on property
Generous accommodation discounts across Crown Resorts in Sydney, Melbourne & Perth
Take part and be rewarded in Crown’s group-wide recognition program
Opportunity to contribute to Crown’s community, diversity & inclusion committees
Access to discounts across health & wellbeing, novated leasing options & more
