The Role: In-Home Support Worker

As a Support Worker with us, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our valued clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting clients with their daily living activities, promoting independence and dignity.
• Providing personalised care, including showering, toileting, dressing, grooming and emotional support to meet each client's individual needs.
• Engaging in meaningful activities and outings that promote socialisation and well-being.
• Collaborating with a dynamic team to ensure the highest standard of care is delivered.

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking dedicated and empathetic individuals who possess the following qualities:

Experience: Previous experience in a Support Worker role is desirable, but not essential. If you have the right attitude and commitment, we will provide the training.

Availability: Our services operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Applicants must have strong availability across mornings, afternoons, evenings, overnight shifts, weekends and public holidays. Broad availability is essential to meet the needs of our clients.

Personal Care: Providing personal care is an essential requirement of this role. Applicants must be willing and comfortable assisting clients with personal care tasks, including showering, toileting, dressing, grooming and other activities of daily living, while maintaining each client's dignity, privacy and independence.
