About the role

As a Principal Delivery Lead (Telecommunications), you will provide technical leadership and end-to-end delivery oversight across a critical telecommunications network domain, ensuring high-quality outcomes for both customers and the business.

Additionally, you'll:

• Act as the key interface between customers, engineering teams, project stakeholders and field resources
• Lead the planning, prioritisation and execution of telecommunications delivery programs
• Drive service performance, governance, quality and customer satisfaction outcomes
• Manage risks, issues, escalations and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, industry standards and operational procedures

• Support technical reviews, delivery optimisation and operational excellence activities across your domain

About you

• Minimum 10 years' experience within telecommunications engineering, delivery or network operations environments
• Strong understanding of optical and microwave transport networks, Carrier Ethernet, SDH, and related transmission technologies
• Demonstrated experience leading complex customer-facing telecommunications projects or programs
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Qualifications in Telecommunications, Engineering, ICT, Project Management or a related discipline are highly regarded
• Candidates must currently reside in the Sydney metropolitan area or be willing to relocate to Sydney, NSW
