About The Team

Job Description

Manage end-to-end warehouse operations across inbound, inventory management, and outbound processes, ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate execution.
Monitor key operational KPIs, including productivity, throughput, order accuracy, inventory accuracy, and on-time fulfillment, driving continuous operational improvements.
Develop daily production plans and workforce allocation based on business demand to maximize productivity and resource utilization.
Supervise daily warehouse operations, coordinate with team leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, and resolve operational issues to ensure smooth execution.
Lead or support process improvement initiatives by optimizing workflows, standardizing operating procedures (SOPs), and improving operational efficiency and quality.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies while maintaining a safe and productive working environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
Solid understanding of warehouse operations, production management, inventory control, and warehouse performance management.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to drive operational improvements.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.
Proficiency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken) is required.
Experience with WMS, ERP, Lean Manufacturing, or continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
