About the roles:

* Melbourne CBD
*CBD locations
* Full-Time and casual roles
* Must be available on a 24-7 rotational roster
* Control Room experience essential
* Must be willing to rotate between Control Room and Roving duties
* Must be available for both day and night shifts

Duties will include:
* Monitoring CCTV, alarms, and access control systems
* Operating AI-integrated security and surveillance platforms
* Responding to incidents and coordinating emergency responses
* Managing radio communications and dispatching security personnel
* Completing incident reports and operational logs
* Monitoring contractor and visitor access
* Escalating incidents in accordance with site procedures
* Supporting site operations and maintaining a strong security presence
* Liaising with clients, emergency services, and internal stakeholders

To be successful in this role, you will require:

* Current Victorian Security Licence with Control Room Operator Subcategory
* Previous Control Room experience within a security environment
* Strong computer literacy and ability to learn advanced technology platforms
* Excellent communication and situational awareness
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions
* Strong attention to detail
* Availability to work rotating 24/7 shifts including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays
* Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (desirable)
Must hold a valid driver's licence and own vehicle to get to the site
