You will help keep our office, staff and services running smoothly by:

• Answering phone calls and responding to emails.

• Scheduling shifts and assisting with staff rostering.

• Completing data entry and maintaining accurate participant records.

• Assisting with compliance documents and administrative requirements.

• Supporting recruitment and new employee onboarding.

• Liaising with participants, families and support workers.

• Maintaining organised digital files and confidential records.

• Providing general office administration and team support.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, professional and confident communicating with others.

• Highly organised with great attention to detail.

• Reliable, proactive and able to manage competing priorities.

• Expert in using email, Google Suite, Microsoft Office and online systems.

• Able to work independently while also being a great team player.

• Respectful of privacy, confidentiality and professional boundaries.

Previous experience in administration is a must, rostering, recruitment, disability services or community services will be highly regarded.

The right attitude, strong communication skills and willingness to learn are non negotiable!
