Customer Service Officer - Wollongong

Duties

• Provide excellence in customer service and manage the customer journey
• Welcome new and existing customers into showrooms with face-to-face selling
• Actively promote Ausreo's products to generate sales and process orders
• Handle merchandising, stock replenishment and warehouse stock control
• Generate quotations and engage with e-commerce and social media
• Manage Service Centre operations and coordinate production with factory staff
• Troubleshoot enquiries via phone and email efficiently
• Coordinate logistics including transport and deliveries
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage difficult customers

Skills & experience

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Previous retail, hardware, or trade environment experience highly regarded
• Steel industry experience advantageous but not essential
• Face-to-face selling skills with entrepreneurial spirit
• Highly organised with excellent multitasking and attention to detail
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Team player who can also work independently under pressure
• Current driver's licence essential
