Quarry Maintenance Supervisor

Ready to step into a leadership role where you’re still on the tools, backed by a solid team and well-maintained equipment? RSA is seeking a hands-on Quarry Maintenance Supervisor to lead a skilled crew maintaining and repairing heavy diesel mobile and fixed plant at our Quarry (~15 mins from Dalby). You’ll be joining a well-established quarry operation offering long-term stability, consistent work and the support to run a high-performing maintenance function.

Working a 10/4 roster, you’ll oversee the maintenance, repair and overhaul of a diverse fleet including crushers, screening plants, conveyors, loaders, excavators, rear dump trucks and other heavy equipment. From preventative servicing and diagnostics through to major component rebuilds and breakdown response, the work is varied – no two days are the same.

What You Bring

• Trade qualified with proven, hands-on experience in both heavy plant maintenance and small team leadership
• Valid, open Australian Driver’s Licence
• General Construction Induction (White Card), or willingness to obtain
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, proactive problem-solving and high-quality work
