About the role

This full-time, onsite role is the first point of contact for workplace services, delivering exceptional face-to-face support and creating a welcoming, client-focused environment. You will coordinate workplace services, manage enquiries, connect people with the right support and solutions, and build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and service providers. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will use sound judgement to balance competing priorities, resolve issues and contribute to seamless workplace operations and positive workplace experiences.

Your duties

• Welcome visitors and provide responsive support across face-to-face, phone and email channels.
• Coordinate workplace services and ensure timely access to support and solutions.
• Foster positive client relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assess priorities, address challenges and drive effective workplace outcomes.

Skills and experience

• Deliver high-quality service and create positive experiences.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships through clear communication.
• Manage priorities and coordinate timely service outcomes.
• Identify service improvements and drive consistent outcomes.
• Customer-facing experience is valued but not essential.

These roles will be offered in Adelaide, Brisbane CBD, Canberra, Melbourne CBD, Moonee Ponds, Parramatta, Perth or Sydney CBD
